    Reindeer tataki and duck liver. Blueberry ponzu, daikon, crispy carrots

    Smoked trout, skyr wasabi cream, pickled pearl onions

    Beef tenderloin and roast pork with crackling. Wild mushroom purée, fondant potato, glazed pearl onions, cranberry red wine glaze

    Christmas brownie. Orange caramel, vanilla parfait, gingerbread meringue, oat crumble
